The Hewlett-Packard is announced HP Insight Remote Support (ISR) solution action. The aim of this action is to provide customers with high quality servers remote support backed from HP service centers. The customers will receive: Safe remote servers monitoring Automated issues dispatching Reduced problems solving Regular HP servers status reports
The ction is free of charge and cutomer should participate at least 6 months in this action. The all installed HP Insight Manager Support Standart software and latest HP Proliant Support packs installed on servers customers will keep at ownership. The HP ISR server should be safe connected to HP Services net. The confidentiality of received customer servers information is quarantied. The HP Proliant servers Insight Remote Support free of charge installation will be done: HP Insight Support manager on cutomer server The latest HP Proliant support pack on monitored servers Safe connection to HP service net
