Since the year 1992 to 2002 Baltijas Infromācijas Tehnoloģijas has provided service as an authorized Compaq Computers Europe service partner. When Compaq Computers merged with Hewlett-Packard (HP) in the year 2002, BIT became an authorized HP service center. In year 2015 HP has split into two companies – Hewlett-Packard (HP Inc.) and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise (HPE). HP Inc. own and operate HP’s market leading printing and personal systems businesses, but includes HP’s best-in-class portfolio across its Enterprise Group, Enterprise Services, Software and Financial Services businesses. Business series equipment warranty

Baltijas Informācijas Tehnoloģijas, Ltd. as HP Inc. and HPE authorized service center has expanded its range of services – now we additionally provide:

HP Inc. Business-class portable and desktop computer warranty and post warranty repair (eg, ProBook, EliteBook, PRODESK, EliteDesk, etc.);

  • HPE servers, disk arrays and network equipment warranty and post warranty repair;
  • HP Inc. LaserJet and Color LaserJet printers warranty, post-warranty repairs and maintenance;
  • HP Inc. DeskJet, Photosmart, Officejet inkjet printers and DesignJet large format printers and post-warranty repair service.

This service includes equipment failures, damages, or the prevention and equipment into working condition. Our service center is certified according to experts, equipment, materials and service environment that provides qualitative and fast repairs of equipment, subject to HP Inc. and HPE requirements.
